摘要
介绍了某企业自备电站2台410 t/h CFB锅炉排渣系统的构成及技术特点,对投入运行后不同燃料工况下影响排渣系统可靠性的问题进行了分析,提出改进措施,确保了排渣系统的高可靠性,同时也提出了改进建议。
An introduction is being presented to specific structures and technical features of the slag discharge system for two 410 t/h boilers in a self supply power plant,while factors influencing the system reliability analyzed under different combustion conditions.The reliability has been improved after effective countermeasures are taken.Meanwhile,some suggestions are also put forward for still existing problems.
