Pidgin English in late Qing dynasty is composed of Chinese,English and other languages;hence it＇s a mixture of varied languages.Pidgin English came into being after three main phases,that is,Guangzhou English,English with Chinese tones and Shanghai English.Pidgin English has gone through over two centuries＇ development and formed such unique characteristics as being a type of mixed,regional,oral and nonstandard language.
