论我国国有企业产权多元化改革的制度保障

The System Guarantee for the Multi-type Property Rights Reform in Chinese State-owned Enterprises

针对我国部分国有企业经营不善、效率低下等问题,本文提出应打破国有企业国有制框架,实行民营化或产权多元化,并对国有企业产权多元化决定权的主体、不可以产权多元化的国有企业范围等进行了界定,最后分析了国有企业产权多元化改革中应注意的问题。

Aiming at the bad management and low efficiency in our state-owned enterprises,this paper holds the framework of enterprises owned by our state needs to be changed.Instead,we can adopt the policy of privatization and multi-type property rights.Furthermore,we need to define the decisive main body of multi-type proper rights enterprises,the range of state-owned enterprises within which we carry out multi-type property rights reform as well.The paper finally analyzes the problems that need to be paid attention to inmulti-type property rights reform.
