持续高土壤水分对番茄植株叶绿素含量及光合特性的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪和叶绿素仪测定4个番茄品种的植株在不同水分处理下土壤含水量、光合速率、蒸腾速率及叶绿素含量等参数的变化。结果表明:在一定范围内,番茄植株叶片的叶绿素含量随土壤含水量减小而增加;在淹水高土壤含水量情况下,"青苹果"的光合速率最高,"嘉丽一号"的光合速率最低,表明不同品种番茄间耐淹水条件差异较大;顶芽下约第5片叶光合作用相对较高。 In this experiment,both Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were used to measure the percentage of water re-mained in the soil,photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,the amount of chlorophyll and other photosynthetic characters.The results showed that within a certain range,the chlorophyll content in the leaves of tomatoes varies with soil moisture;In appropriate range,the water content of soil was beneficial to the growth of tomatoes;the leaves that were closest to the terminal buds were not strongest in photosynthesis while the leaves under the terminal buds like the 5th leaf had a relatively high rate in photosynthesis.
