IBA与ABT不同浓度组合对喜树扦插生根效应的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以珍珠岩∶草炭=1∶1为基质,采用不同浓度组合的IBA和ABT配比,研究了各处理对2 a生喜树嫩枝扦插生根效应的影响。结果表明:与清水对照相比,不同浓度IBA和ABT组合均可显著提高插穗生根质量;处理后的插穗愈伤组织及新生根产生时间显著提前;新生根长度、插穗成活率及新生叶数量显著提高;干鲜重比值显著增加。在各处理中,以ABT 1 000 mg/L+IBA 1 000 mg/L浸泡20 s效果最好,第10天就可形成愈伤组织,比对照提前2 d;且愈伤生长速度最快,第10天直径可达0.43 cm;其生根时间也最早,第21天即可生根,比对照提前7.75 d;成活率平均可达81.67%,比对照提高了23.34%;同时,成活后的干鲜重比值比对照增加12.16%(P<0.05)。同时试验还发现,喜树扦插中基质必须疏松透气、排水良好,而且要严格控制湿度,否则湿度过大仅产生愈伤组织,时间过长,愈伤褐化,引起插穗腐烂。 Using cultivate medium(perlite∶turfy soil=1∶1) and different concentrations of ABT and IBA,the effect of different treatment on cutting and rhizogenesis of Camptotheca acuminata Decne twig were studied..The results showed that effects of different concentrations of ABT and IBA were all better than those of control(water) on the Campotheca acwninata Decne cutting slips rooting.After treated,time of cutting slips callus and new roots inducement were curtailed;length,survival percent of new roots;numbers of new leaves,ratio of dry and fresh weight all raised.Among all treatments,effects of ABT 1 000 mg/L+IBA 1 000 mg/L dipping for 20 s were best:callus could be produced on the 10th day,much earlier for 2 days than that of control;growth velocity of callus was at the soonest and callus diameter could reach 0.43 cm on the 10th day.Time of rooting was at the soonest,too,and new roots could be produced on on the 21st day,which much earlier for 7.75 days than that of control.Survival percent of the cutting slips were 81.67%,which was 23.34% higher than that of control.Ratio of dry and fresh weight was 12.16%(P0.05)higher than that of control.Moreover,during the cuttage,cultivate medium must be kept well drained and aerated.If humidity was too heavy,only callus were produced on the cutting slips,which would become brown if too excessive time.Then cutting slips would be rotten.
