摘要
离体条件下,对红叶石楠的增殖培养和生根培养进行了研究。结果表明:红叶石楠适宜的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,其增殖系数为5.90;适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L,红叶石楠的生根率、生根数和平均根长分别为79.17%、3.04和4.45 cm;培养基中添加15 g/L蔗糖与30 g/L蔗糖处理之间对红叶石楠的生根无显著差异。
The multiplication and rooting in vitro of Photinia×rasery was studied.The results showed that the optimal culture medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L on which the multiplication coefficient was 5.90;the optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L on which the rooting ratio,the number and the length of the roots were 79.17%,3.04 and 4.45 cm,respectively.There was no significant difference on the rooting of Photinia× frasery between the media supplemented with 15 g/L and 30 g/L sucrose.
