针对可溶性固形物、番茄红素和抗坏血酸对改良番茄品质的重要性进行阐述,指出这些指标都是番茄品质育种的目标和趋势。
The importance of soluble solids,lycopene and ascorbic acid on the improving quality of tomato were discussed,indicated that theseindex were objectives and trends of the quality breeding of tomato.
