摘要
以2006年兰州市土地利用变更调查数据为基础,兰州市三县五区为土地开发潜力评价单元,选用土地利用现状、自然因素、生态因素以及社会经济因素指标建立评价指标体系,采用变异系数法确定评价指标的权重,最后运用模糊综合评价模型对兰州市土地开发潜力进行等级划分,结合水资源等情况进行综合评价。研究表明:兰州市未利用土地开发潜力大,但开发难度亦大。土地开发一级潜力区(县):永登县、榆中县、皋兰县;二级潜力区(县):红古区、西固区;三级潜力区(县):城关区、七里河区、安宁区。根据评价结果结合兰州市当前土地开发利用中存在的问题,提出土地开发工作的对策和建议,为全市确定土地开发的重点区域、重点项目以及时序安排提供依据。
Based on the survey data of land-use in the city of Lanzhou in 2006,the five regions and three counties were to be units for evaluating potential land development.The land use status quo,the natural environment factors、ecological factors and social-economic factors were selected to establish evaluation index system.Variation coefficient method was used to determine the index weight of evaluation.Finally fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate land development in Lanzhou grading potential.The result showed that:the potential of the development of unused land in the city of Lanzhou is great but difficult to exploit.The first grade of land development potential district(county):Yongdeng county、Yuzhong county and Gaolan county;the second grade of land development potential district(county):Honggu district and Xigu district;the third grade of land development potential district(county):Chengguan district、Qilihe district and Anning district.Combining the evaluation result with Lanzhou City land development and utilization the existing problems in land development and strategies were put forward.
