西部特色杂粮生产比较优势分析及发展对策

Analysis on productive comparison advantage of characteristic coarse and the countermeasures in the western China

采用综合比较优势指数法对我国西部特色杂粮生产的比较优势进行了分析。结果表明:相对于东中部地区,西部特色杂粮生产具有明显的规模比较优势和综合比较优势,且变化趋势稳定,但生产效率不具有比较优势。因此,提出西部特色杂粮生产应该积极发展对外贸易、进行区域科学合理布局、走产业化经营的道路,及坚持科研带动的方针,预期从生产效率和规模两个方向全面加强西部特色杂粮生产的综合比较优势,并建议了具体的对策措施。

Using the method of AAI,the comparative advantage of characteristic coarse of western region in China was analyzed in detail.The results show that the production of characteristic coarse in western region has scale and aggregated advantage significantly,also the changing trend is stable,but no efficiency advantage.Therefore,we propose that we should actively develop the foreign trade for characteristic coarse,carry out scientific and rational regional distribution and industrialization.
