摘要
采用预浸酸、碱煮等工艺对竹笋壳材料进行脱胶,提取出竹笋壳工艺纤维。经分析可知,影响竹笋壳脱胶工艺的3大因子为:NaOH浓度、H2O2浓度和二煮时间。对以上3因子进行正交化实验,分析得出,竹笋壳脱胶工艺的最优化方案为:碱处理NaOH浓度8 g/L,HO浓度4%,二煮时间1 h。
Pre -hydrolyzed acid solution and soda boil are used to degum bamboo shoot shell to extract the bamboo shoot shell fiber. The analysis shows that there are three factors affecting the degumming process of bamboo shoot shell fiber. NaOH concentration, H2O2 concentration and the second boiling time. Orthogonal experiments of these three factors are taken and the result shows that the best degumming of bamboo shoot shell fiber is: NaOH concentration of 8g/L, H2O2 concentration of 4% and the second boiling time of 1 hour.
