摘要
介绍了一种在环锭细纱机上纺制不锈钢微丝包芯纱的新方法,即二次包覆法,通过一次包覆和二次包覆纱的对比,证明二次包覆法得到的包芯纱无论外观还是机械性能都好于一次包覆包芯纱。同时在包覆方法一定的情况下,对不同外包纤维与包芯纱的包覆效果以及机械性能之间的关系进行了研究分析,得出结论认为:外包纤维是棉时包芯纱断裂强力高于外包纤维是涤/棉时的包芯纱强力。
A newly developed method of manufacturing stainless filament core - spun yarn on ring spinning frame is introduced. That is rewrapping. A comparison of rewrapping against wrapping shows that the rewrapped core - spun yarn is superior over the wrapped one, either in its appearance or in its mechanical properties. A study of the relations between different wrapping material, wrapping effect and mechanical properties are done by use of a same wrapping way. The result shows that the core - spun yarn is better in its breaking strength when the used wrapped yarn is cotton than polyester/cotton blended yam.
