摘要
介绍了柔丝纤维和高吸湿排汗纤维的性能特点,进行了柔丝纤维、高吸湿排汗纤维和精梳棉混纺生产实践,叙述了混纺采用的工艺流程及主要工艺参数,探讨了生产中的关键技术措施。用混纺纱制成的面料柔软靓丽,导湿保健,可用作高档服装,具有较好的市场潜力。
In this paper are introduced their performances of Rose fiber and easily sweat absorption ＆ emission fiber and the production practice of Rose fiber, easily sweat absorption ＆ emission fiber and combed cotton blended yarn with the processes of spinning and main processing parameters described and the key technical measures in production discussed. The fabric made of this blended yarn is characteristic of soft touch, health care and can be used for high - grade clothings that have a good potential market.
