摘要
汽车用机织提花绒织物的各种性能优良,是替代真皮材料的首选面料。文章分析了双层剑杆提花绒织物的设计、生产过程和工艺要点,制成品耐磨性好,但延伸性和弹性恢复性较差。可对同类产品的设计生产提供参考。
Due to its fine performances, woven jacquard fleece fabric is used to replace leather material and be ehosed as the No. 1 face material for cars. In this paper are analyzed the design, production and processing keys in weaving the double jacquard fleece fabric on rapier loom. The fabric is of good wear resistance but poor stretch. This paper provides some references for the designing of similar product.
