床上用品质量问题的分析与解决措施

近年来,床上用品的质量抽查结果表明产品的合格率偏低。为了便于生产企业更好地提高产品质量,从pH值、甲醛含量、色牢度、水洗尺寸变化率、断裂强力、纤维含量标注、禁用可分解芳香胺染料等方面进行了分析,提出了解决问题的建议。

In recent years only a relatively low percent of beddings in the quality inspection is passed. In order to help manufacturers in improving product quality, analyses of the product quality have been done from the aspects of pH value, content of formaldehyde, color fastness, dimensional stability under washing, tensile strength, identification of fiber content and banned use of azo colourants with quality problems solutions suggested.
