PIRAY纤维织物综合性能探讨

摘要 对3种PIRAY纤维织物的导湿性、透湿性、透气性、抗折皱性、耐磨性及抗紫外等性能进行了测试。结果表明:由于PIRAY纤维内加入了矿物质,织物具有良好的导湿性和抗紫外性能。由于织物结构的差异,纱卡的导湿性与抗折皱性较好,而耐磨性较差;府绸的线密度与紧度小,透湿性与透气性好;三利格织物由于紧度较大,色泽较深,所以具有很好的防紫外性能。 The performances of moisture transfer, ventilating and air permeability, anti crease recovery, wear resistance and resistance to ultraviolet ray of three kinds PIRAY fiber fabrics are test. The result indicates that the fabrics show good moisture transfer and ultraviolet ray resistance because of the minerals added in PIRAY fibre. The Drill weave has better moisture transfer and anti - crease but poor wear resistance due to the fabric structure difference. The poplin has better ventilating and air permeability but less linear density and tightness; The San Li Ge fabric has good resistance to ultraviolet ray due to its greater tightness and darker color.
