摘要
交通诱导是ITS研究的一个热门话题,诱导算法是各国学者普遍关注的问题,在完整的诱导系统中,数据采集和诱导服务在实际工程中起着重要的制约作用,该问题的研究往往被人们忽略。针对这一问题,提出了一种多平台信息复用的诱导数据采集和服务机制。从诱导系统的体系框架入手,讨论了基于多平台信息复用的数据采集和处理策略,提出了空间插值的理念用来解决因建设资金不足带来的数据采集点不足的问题。针对传统诱导策略可能带来负效应的问题,提出了负效应平衡的诱导服务策略用来减缓该矛盾。最后以深圳市ITS平台建设为例,说明了多平台信息复用机制的广泛应用前景。
Traffic guidance is a hot topic in ITS(intelligent transportation system) researches.Guidance algorithm is a popular issue among all scholars worldwide.In a whole guidance system,data acquisition and inducement service play essential restriction roles in practical project,and the researches on these areas are often neglected by the scholars.In this paper we discuss the above problems,and propose a data acquisition and inducement service mechanism which are based on multi-platform information reusing.Proceeding from the introduction of guidance system framework,we give the data acquisition and processing strategy based on multi-platform reusing,and also present the spatial interpolation concept,of which it can be used in dealing with the lack of data acquisition points caused by the short of construction fund.For the negative effect problem possibly incurred by traditional guidance strategy,we put forward an inducement service strategy for balancing the negative effect which can mitigate the conflict.In the end of the paper we give an ITS platform construction example in Shenzhen to illustrate the broad application prospects of multi-platform information reusing mechanism.
