摘要
以经过UV-B适应性锻炼的南极小球藻为研究对象,以同样经过UV-B适应性锻炼的普通小球藻为对照,用不同剂量的UV-B进行辐射处理,分别对南极小球藻和普通小球藻的细胞色素吸收光谱、光合放氧速率、电子传递链和抗氧化酶进行了比较研究,结果表明:在增强的UV-B辐射下,南极小球藻细胞色素、光合放氧机构受到的损害小于普通小球藻的,而抗氧化酶活性显著高于普通小球藻,抗氧化酶起到了一定的修复UV-B损伤的作用,南极小球藻具有一定的抗UV-B辐射能力.
The experiments of UV-B on Chlorella vulgaris Antarctic strain and Chlorella vulgaris have been carried on which both had physical training to UV-B.The results showed that:Absorption spectrum of pigment declined during 24 h UV-B exposure.The declining range of Chlorella vulgaris Antarctic strain was smaller than Chlorella vulgaris.The photosynthetic oxygen enolution rate of Chlorella vulgaris Antarctic strain and Chlorella vulgaris were inhibited by 54.27% and 74.8% respectively after 80 min UV-B treatment.The activities of MV-H2O,PSⅠ,PSⅡ declined under 80 μW·cm-2 light intensity of UV-B for 30 min UV-B treatment,but the activities of MV-H2O,PSⅠ,PSⅡ of Chlorella vulgaris dramatically declined were.Both CAT(catalase) activity and SOD(superoxide dimutase) activity increased at first,then decreased while the activities of Chlorella vulgaris Antarctic strain increased dramatically.Conclusion:Both Chlorella vulgaris Antarctic strain and Chlorella vulgaris were damaged by UV-B but the damage on Chlorella vulgaris Antarctic strain was smaller.Anti-oxidase played a protected role.Compared to Chlorella vulgaris,Chlorella vulgaris Antarctic strain to bear UV-B was stronger.
