扩散性滤泡性淋巴瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘要 患者女性，60岁，于2007年12月无意问发现左下腹包块，至外院就诊腹部CT示肠系膜根部不规则软组织肿块，考虑淋巴瘤可能性大，腹膜后多个小淋巴结，遂行手术切除肠系膜根部肿块送病理检查，免疫组化：（空肠系膜）滤泡细胞L26（＋）、bcl-2（＋）、CD3（-）、eyelinD（-），诊断为滤泡性淋巴瘤，1级。2008年1月查全身PET／CT示：腹腔及腹膜后多发病灶，代谢活跃，符合淋巴瘤，其他部位未见肿瘤。
