摘要
以雌性大鼠为动物模型,分别尾静脉注射紫苏醇亚微乳(试验组)和紫苏醇溶液(对照组),剂量均为65 mg/kg。采用HPLC法测定血浆和组织样品中的紫苏醇及其代谢产物紫苏酸的含量,以考察二者在大鼠血浆和各组织(心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、胃、子宫、卵巢和乳腺)中的分布特点,并以相对摄取率来评价靶向性。结果表明,试验组在肺、肝、肾和血浆中紫苏醇的浓度高于对照组,紫苏酸的浓度无显著性差异。相对摄取率的数据显示,紫苏醇在肝、脾、肺及肾组织中有蓄积作用。
The perillyl alcohol submicron emulsions(test group)and its solution(reference group)were injected by caudal vein to female rats at 65 mg/kg.The concentrations of perillyl alcohol and its metabolite,perillic acid,in plasma and several tissues such as heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,brain,stomach,uterus,ovary and mammary gland were determined by HPLC to investigate the distribution of two compounds.The relative tissue exposure(re) values of the above tissues were calculated to evaluate the targeting effects of the perillyl alcohol submicron emulsions.The results showed that perillyl alcohol concentration of test group in lung,liver,kidney and plasma was higher than that of reference group,and perillic acid concentrations of two groups in plasma and tissues had no significant difference.The relative tissue exposure result indicated that perillyl alcohol accumulated in liver,spleen,lung and kidney.
