摘要
自动化立体仓库是一种多层存放货物的仓库系统,由控制系统、高位货架、堆垛机、运动机械、计算机管理控制系统以及其他辅助设备组成。本文的电气控制是由S7-200型可编程控制器(PLC)、步进电机驱动电源模块、开关电源、位置传感器等器件组成。该电气控制系统分手动和自动两种方式。主要实现取货和送货的功能,在执行完任务后自动返回到零位等待下一个指令,并用MCGS组态软件进行实时监控。
The automated multi-layered storehouse is one kind of multi-layered depositing cargo warehouse system,by the control system,the high shelf,the stacker,the movement machinery,the computer management control system as well as other supporting facili-tiesiscomposed.ThistopicelectricalcontrolisS7-200programmablecontroller（PLC）,step-by-stepsmotor-drivencomponentsandsoonpower source module,switching power supply,position transducer composes.This electricity control system divided into moves and auto two kinds of way.The main realization takes the function of takes goods and deliver goods,after carries out the task the self-recovery to the zero position waiting next instruction,and carries on the real-time monitoring with the MCGS configuration software.
