摘要
为了提高汽车零部件在载荷谱下的疲劳累积损伤预测精度,基于汽车结构强度在疲劳寿命初期的上升又下降的过程,提出了一种新的疲劳损伤线确定方法.该方法以现有的应力-寿命曲线(S-N曲线)为基础,以S-N曲线上的转折点为原点逆时针旋转,以S-N曲线斜率的2/3作为损伤线的斜率,得到估算损伤线,且对两级循环载荷下的累积损伤进行合理解释.
A new method for confirming the fatigue damage curve was presented.Based on the situation that the strength of structure of vehicle descends after originally arising,the method can provide more precise accumulated fatigue damage of vehicle parts under certain load spectra.In order to get the modified damage curve,the primitive stress-number of cycles curve(S-N curve) was rotated around the original point and presuming that the slope of S-N curve be k,2k/3 would be adopted as the slope of the new S-N curve.Reasonable explanations for the damage-accumulations of parts under cyclic loads of level 2 were presented.
