摘要
本文利用中国1978-2008年30个时间序列数据,通过反映产业结构变动的斯托可夫指数探讨上海产业结构变动对失业率的影响。研究结果表明,在过去的30年中,虽然上海第二产业比第三产业更能对就业提供有利的带动作用,但上海市第三产业在全行业中占有举足轻重的作用,未来能为劳动力就业带来更大的发展空间,因此要有的放矢地发展和改善第三产业尤其是服务业的产业结构,使之发挥更大的社会的贡献。
During the past 30 years in Shanghai,compared with the secondary industry tertiary industry can provide a more favorable job leading role,and tertiary industry occupies a pivotal role in the future for labor force＇s greater development space.Therefore to develop and improve the tertiary industry,particularly the service sector＇s industrial structure,we should take measures to assure it play an even greater contribution to the society.
