叶轮帽液氮冷装工艺实验探讨

Experimental study on impeller cover liquid nitrogen cold fitting technics

针对大型叶轮主体与叶轮帽采用止退环结构在使用中易发生叶轮帽脱落的问题,笔者引进叶轮帽液氮冷装工艺,论述了液氮冷装工艺实验过程和装配操作步骤,给出了叶轮帽液氮冷装的合理过盈量。

For the impeller cover drop from the impeller using stopcollar structure, liquid Nitrogen cold fitting technics is proposed. The experimental process and the assembly manipulation are introduced and the reasonable magnitude of interference is put forward.
