昆明疗养地疗养因子分析及对机体的影响

目的 调查昆明疗养地自然疗养因子情况，更好地利用本地区的疗养因子对疾病进行防治，充分发挥其康复和保健作用方法 调查该地海拔、气温、气湿、气压、日照、风速、空气负离子、矿泉理化特征、森林植物状况，并进行分析。结果 海拔１ ７９５ 米，年平均气温１４ ．８ ℃、年平均相对温度７３ ％ 、年平均气压８１ ．４６ｋＰａ、年平均日照４６ ％ ，年平均风速２ 米／ 秒，矿泉属高热型淡泉（ 碳酸钙镁型） ，空气负离子９８６ 个／ｃｍ３ 。结论 昆明疗养地具有山地、矿泉、森林、风景疗养地特点，在该疗养地机体受多种自然疗养因子的综合作用，对心脑血管病、内分泌性疾病、呼吸、消化、运动系统疾病有良好的康复治疗作用，但要注意防治疗养地适应不良症。

Objective By the way of investigating the condition of the natural convalesent factors in Kunming resort, make better use of the factors to prevent some diseases from spreading, to cure them, to rehabilitate and give physical-fitness for them. Methods To investigate and analyze the altitude, air temperature, air humidity, atmospheric pressure, solar radiation, wind speed, anion density of air, mineral spring and forest in Kunming. Results The altitude is 1 795m, the yearly average temperature is 14.8 c, the humidity is 73%, the atmospheric pressure is 81.46kPa, the solar radiation is 46%, the wind speed is 2m/second, the anion density of air is 986/cm 3, the mineral spring is pyro-type weak spring (calcium magnesium bicarbonate type). Conclusion The Kunming resort is characteristic in mountains, mineral springs, foreats and beautiful scenery. because the bodies here are influe-nced by many kinds of matural convalescent factors, so the factors could give an excellent rehabilitative effects on the diseases, with cardi-cerebrovascular, endocrine, digestive, respiratory and locmotive system. at the mean, it is important for doctors to prevent and treat dysconvalescent site syndrom.
