Source Analysis of Foreign Matters from Converter Dusting Water System and Solving Method

通过对转炉除尘水系统异物进行观察与分析,确定了异物来源于转炉补炉料中结合剂的挥发,并通过更换补炉料材质解决了出现异物影响水处理操作的问题。

Through observation and analysis of foreign matters in the converter dusting water system,it was found out that the foreign matters were from volatilization of binding agent in converter mending material.The mending material was changed and the water treatment problem was solved.
