摘要
分析了八钢公司2套20000 m3/h制氧机冷冻水结晶的原因,提出了控制空气预冷系统水冷塔出水温度、调整冷冻水浓缩倍数等措施,经实施后取得了很好的效果。
The crystallizing causes of refrigerated water of the two 20000 m3/h air separators of Bayi Iron and Steel Co.are analyzed.Some measures are advanced,such as controlling leaving water temperature of water tower of the air precooling system,regulating concentration multiple of refrigerated water.These measures have achieved good effects.
