摘要
星形孢菌素存在于菌株H41-38的菌体中,采用二次回归旋转组合设计法对菌体浸提获得星形孢菌素的4个因素(乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度)进行了优化,优化后的浸提参数为:乙醇浓度80%、料液比1∶6、提取时间5 h和提取温度50℃,浸提效果达到2 879.53μg/g。
Staurosporine was existed in the mycelium of actinomycete Strain H41-38.An optimization study was conducted to explore the main factors of the wet mycelium’s immersion technique by applying the regression rotation combination design.It was found in the study that the optimization values of four key parameters in industrial extracting conditions were 80% alcohol content,the ratio of material to solvent 1∶6,extracting duration 5 hours and at 50℃,and the immersion effect was 2 879.53 μg/g.
