摘要
以微量提取法提取茵陈中黄酮类化合物,用紫外-可见比色法和芦丁为标准品测定茵陈总黄酮的得率,在单因素试验的基础上,设计L9(34)正交试验。结果表明,影响微量提取法提取茵陈总黄酮类的主次因素为:料液比>提取时间>提取温度;最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶30(g/mL),提取时间30 min,提取温度60℃,茵陈中总黄酮得率为4.20%。
The approach of microextraction was used to extract flavonoids compounds from Artemisia capillaris Thunb..The content of total flavonoids in Artemisia capillaris Thunb.was determined by UV-spectrophotometry with standard troxerutin.The table L9(34) was designed according to experimental data analysis by analyzing the enfluences of extraction time,extraction temperature and soid-liquid ratio.The results showed that the factors affecting total flavonoid yield was in the order of soid-liquid ratio,extraction times and extraction temperature.The optimum extraction condition was that the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30(g/mL) for 30 min at 60℃.The rate of extraction was 4.20%.
