1-MCP对贮藏期间菜心衰老进程的影响 被引量:10

摘要 研究了1-MCP和乙烯处理对菜心贮藏期间黄叶率、呼吸强度、乙烯释放量及茎部木质素含量的影响。试验结果表明,采用900×10-9浓度的1-MCP处理能够有效地抑制菜心呼吸强度和木质素的含量,延缓了菜心叶片黄化的进程,但是提高了乙烯的释放量,使呼吸高峰提前了1 d;500 mg/L的乙烯显著提高了菜心呼吸强度和木质素含量,乙烯释放量显著高于对照和1-MCP处理样品,加速了菜心衰老的进程。 The effects of 1-MCP and ethylene treatments on yellow-leaf rate,respiratory rate,ethylene production and lignin contents of Chinese flowering cabbage during storage were investigated.Treatments with 900 ×10-9 concentrations of 1-MCP significantly inhibited the respiratory rate and lignin contents,delayed the process of leaf yellowing of harvested Chinese flowering cabbage,however,increased ethylene production,one day in advance to reach the respiratory peak to control.500 mg/L ethylene treatments significantly increased respiration and lignin content,accelerated their aging process.
