摘要
采用EPEC控制器实现水泥路面共振式破碎车电气系统,完成了基于CAN总线技术的控制系统结构设计.介绍CAN open总线协议在EPEC控制器和人机界面中数据收发的编程方法,给出破碎机构的控制流程以及车载监控操作界面的设计.调试结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,满足了水泥路面共振式破碎车的操作和施工精度要求,CAN open总线技术的应用符合系统的通讯要求,取得了令人满意的工程应用效果.
Implemented the electric control system for Resonant Cement Pavement Breaking Vehicle(RCPBV)with the EPEC controller,in which the structure of the control system based on CAN bus was conceived.This paper is intended to introduce the programming method of data sent and received by the CANopen protocol for the EPEC controller and HMI,and to present the control flow of breaking sub-system and the operational display on EPEC 2037.The test on the device shows that the system runs stably and reliably,which satisfies the operation needs and accuracy standard of RCPBV,and the CANopen protocol fulfills with the communicational requirements,achieving the satisfactory effectiveness in engineering applications.
