摘要
目的:探讨和分析不同治疗方法对不同病例矫治前后牙弓变化的规律。方法:对使用固定矫治器进行治疗的三组159例治疗前后研究模型进行牙弓测量。结果:1.治疗后,扩弓组6-6宽度增加;关隙组3-3长度、牙弓长度、3-3宽度减少;拔牙组3-3长度增加而牙弓长度、基骨长度减少,6-6宽度减少而基骨宽度增加。2.治疗前基骨宽度关隙组>扩弓组>拔牙组;治疗后3-3长度关隙组<扩弓组<拔牙组和3-3宽度三组间无显著性差异。结论:1.基骨宽度不足、牙齿过大是造成牙列拥挤和拔牙矫治的主要原因。2.尖牙的位置关系较恒定。3.牙弓的扩大主要是牙弓宽度的增加。4.牙弓长度和宽度的改变同时可引起基骨的改变。
Objective To investigate and analyze the changes of dental arch during treatment via different orthodontic methods. Methods The changes in dental arch were measured on pre-and post-treatment study models of 159 patients treated with fixed appliances. Results (1)The increase of maxillary intermolar width in expansion group was significant; the decrease during treatment was significant in intercanine length,width and arch length in closing space group; there was a significant increase in intercanine length and basal bone width, while a significant decrease was found in arch, basal bone length and intermolar width in extraction group during treatment. (2)Basal bone width of closing space group was greater than the other two groups before treatment, while the intercanine length of this group was smaller than those two groups and intercanine width showed no significant difference among there groups after treatment. Conclusion (1)Insufficient basal bone width and excessive tooth size were the main causes of tooth crowding and tooth removing treatment. (2)Canine position was relatively stable. (3)The expansion of the arch was mainly caused by the mcrease of arch width.(4)The modification of the dental length and arch width was accompanied with the changes in basal bone.
