摘要 研究了SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2催化乙酸与环己醇的酯化反应,考察了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间和带水剂用量等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,乙酸用量0.5mol,醇酸物质的量比1.2,SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2用量5%,带水剂环己烷2.50mL。回流反应60min后酯化率可达96.4%,催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性。 The esterification reaction of acetic acid and cyclohexanol catalyzed by SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2 was studied.The effects of different factors such as molar ratio of alcohol to acid,dosage of catalyst and water-carrying agent,reaction time on the yield of cyclohexyl acetate were examined.The result showed that,the optimal reaction conditions were as follows:dosage of acetic acid 0.50 mol,molar ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic acid 1.2,dosage of SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2 5%,dosage of cyclohexane as water-carrying agent 2.50 mL,reaction time 60 min at reflux temperature.The esterification rate could reach 96.4%.The catalyst kept high activity after recycling for 5 times.
