超声条件下苯偶姻制备研究

摘要 超声空化条件下在维生素B1和相转移催化剂PEG-400的共同作用下进行苯偶姻(安息香)缩合反应是十分有效的。反应中,VB1充当了催化剂的角色。最佳反应条件:反应温度为70℃,反应时间为75min,pH9.3~9.7,超声频率为32kHz,n(苯甲醛)∶n(维生素B1)∶n(PEG-400)∶n(蒸馏水)∶n(乙醇)=1∶0.12∶0.05∶2.24∶2.77。该反应收率可达93.57%。 It is very efficiently for benzoin condensation in presence of thiamine hydrochloride B1(VB1) and phase transfer catalyst under the ultrasonic condition.During the reaction,VB 1 played as catalyst,and the optimum conditions were as follows:the reaction temperature is 70 ℃,the reaction time is 75 min,the pH value is between 9.3 and 9.7,the ultrasonic frequency is 32 kHz.n(benzoyl hydride):n(VB1):n(PEG-400):n(water):n(ethanol)=1:0.12:0.05:2.24:2.77.After investigation the yield was up to 93.57%.
