摘要
在受水区水资源供需分析(以县级行政区为单元)、受水区县级行政区内分区、分用水行业地下水压采目标分解的基础上,统一考虑水量与水质,分析探讨南水北调工程建成通水后各类水源(地表水、地下水、其他水源)在受水区县级行政区内分区、分用水行业间的合理调配模式。
In the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,water quantity and quality is comprehensively considered on the basis of water supply and requirement analysis of the intake area(taking administrative regions at county level as unit) and groundwater exploitation control target decomposition in subzones of administrative regions at county level and sub-divisional water use professions so as to analyze and discuss the rational deployment of various water sources(surface water, ground water and other water sources) between the subzones and subdivisions after completion of the project.
