摘要
自主型班级管理以其特有的活动课程资源优势对学生的自主发展、全面发展和和谐发展产生重要的推动作用和影响,在班级中实现完全的学生自主管理应视学生身心发展的水平和自主性教育程度的高低而定,其权变策略实施过程主要经历三个阶段,即意识萌芽阶段、行为焕发阶段与独立自为阶段。
Class autonomous management is a kind of important curriculum resources that plays an important role in pushing forward the autonomous,all-round and harmonious development of the students.To achieve an entirely autonomous management of the class relies on the level of physical and mental development of the students and on the degrees of their autonomous education.The process of such implementation consists of three stages,i.e.the consciousness embryonic stage,the behavior arousing stage and the independent acting stage.
