糖脂清对2型糖尿病大鼠氧化应激的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察糖脂清对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠氧化应激的影响。方法采用Wistar大鼠喂饲高脂饲料8周后,一次性腹腔注射2%链脲佐菌素(STZ)30 mg.kg-1的方法复制2型糖尿病动物模型。按糖脂清用药剂量为6,3,1.5 g生药.kg-1体质量灌胃给药,以血脂康(0.25 g.kg-1体质量)作为阳性对照,给药30 d后检测空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果糖脂清能显著降低实验性2型糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖及血脂水平,同时能降低MDA含量,升高抗氧化相关酶活性,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论糖脂清对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型有降低血糖,调节血脂,抗氧化的作用。 Objective To observe the effects of Tangzhiqing(TZQ) on oxidative stress in experimental type 2 diabetic rats.Methods Wistar rats were fed with high fat diet for 8 weeks,and then were injected with streptozotocin(STZ,30 mg·kg-1) to develop experimental type 2 diabetic rats.The model rats were administered for 30 days at the dose of 6,3,1.5 g crude drug·kg-1 with metformin hydrochloride tablets(0.25 g·㎏-1),Xuezhikang(0.25 g·kg-1)as control groups.At the end,the fasting blood glucose,serum lipid,superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPX) were measured.Results Compared with the model group,TZQ can obviously decrease the levels of the fasting blood glucose,serum lipid,MDA,and improve the activities of SOD,CAT,GPX(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion TZQ could decrease fasting blood glucose,serum lipid,and has good antioxidan effect in experimental type 2 diabetic rats with hyperlipidemia.
