摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定红景天酒中红景天苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相甲醇-水(18∶82),检测波长为278 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果红景天苷进样量在0.072~1.296μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.90(,RSD为1.32(。结论该法灵敏度高,操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于红景天酒中红景天苷含量的测定及其质量控制与评价。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of salidroside in Hongjingtian wine.Methods The samples were separated on a Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm) column with the mobile phase of methanol-water(18:82) in the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 278 nm.column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of salidroside was 0.072~1.296 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of salidroside was 98.90 and the RSD was 1.32%(n=5).Conclusion This method is sensitive,simple and accurate,which can be used to evaluate the quality control of Hongjingtian wine.
