银杏内酯B(原料药)中大孔树脂和有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱-质谱联用法测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立同时检测银杏内酯B(原料药)中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯(大孔树脂残留)及乙醇、醋酸乙酯(有机溶剂残留)等7种有机残留物的方法。方法以甲醇为萃取溶剂,采用超声提取法对样品进行前处理,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法进行检测。结果上述7种有机残留物在10 min内能较好分离,样品的加样回收率(n=6)为100.6%~113.4%,相对标准偏差为0.44%~3.56%,最低检测限为6.71×10-6~3.32×10-5μg。结论该方法具有灵敏、准确、快速等特点。 Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of macroporous resins(including benzene,toluene,xylene,styrene,diethylbenzene) and solvent residues(including ethanol and ethyl acetate) in ginkgolide B(bulk drug).Methods The organic residues were extracted from samples by ultrasonic extraction with methanol and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results All the 7 organic residues were separated well in 10 min.The recoveries for spiked standards(n= 6) were 100.6%~113.4%.The relative standard deviations were 0.44%~3.56%.The limits of detection were 6.71×10-6~3.32×10-5μg.Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate and quick.
