摘要
目的测定安息香的紫外吸收特征光谱。方法采用紫外分光光度法研究安息香的石油醚(60~90℃)、乙醚、正丁醇3个提取部位以及甲醇提取液的紫外吸收图谱,研究其特征吸收。结果安息香的3个提取部位及甲醇提取液的紫外谱线均有独特的吸收特征。结论该方法简便、准确,可作为鉴别安息香药材的依据。
Objective To determine the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of Benzoinum.Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to research the extract of Benzoinum by methanol,petroleum ether,ethylether and n-butanol,and then their absorbance in UV was determined and the differences of their spectra were detected.Results The UV scan spectrums of methanol extract,petroleum ether extract,ethylether extract and n-butanol extract were distinct.Conclusion The method is convenient,precise,so it can be used to distinguish Benzoinum.
