摘要
为了解c-Myc、c-Fos、c-Jun、c-H-Ras是否参与7~140d糠尿病早期大鼠肾小管、集合管上皮细胞两次转换率加速过程,我们设计了本实验。雄性Wistar大鼠60只,四氧嘧啶(aloxan)尾静脉注射(50mg/kg)造糖尿病模型;石蜡包埋肾切片经c-Myc、c-Fos、c-Jun、c-H-Ras免疫组化染色。在7~30d、70~140dc-Myc、c-Fos、c-Jun、c-H-Ras分别在近端小管、髓襻、远端小管、集合管上皮细胞内表达。c-Myc、c-Fos、c-Jun在糖尿病早期肾小管、集合管上皮细胞内表达呈现延迟性、持续性、区域性和时间性。c-Myc、c-Fos、c-Jun、c-H-Ras可能参与调控糖尿病早期肾小管。
OBJECTIVE To show whether or not c-Myc,c-Fos,c-Jun and c-H-Ras play a role in the turnover acceleration of renal and collecting tubular epithelial cells in the diabetic (7~140days)rat.MATERIALS AND METHODS 60 male Wistar rats were injected with alloxan(50mg/kg)via the tail vein;the paraffin-embedded sections of kidneys were observed with c-Myc,c-Fos,c-Jun and c-H-Ras immunohistochemical staining.RESULTS:c-Myc,c-Fos,c-Jun and c-H-Ras were expressed in the epithelial cells of the proximal tubules,the medullary loops,the distal and collecting tubules in 7~30 and 70~140 days,respectively.CONCLUSION:Expression of c-Myc,c-Fos,c-Jun and c-H-Ras displayed delayed,sustained,regional and timed properties.c-Myc,c-Fos,c-Jun and c-H-Ras may participate in the process of turnover acceleration of the epithelial cells.
