色谱技术在中药药动学研究中的应用进展

The Application Progress of Chromatography Technology in the Pharmacokinetics of TCM

中药药动学研究中药在体内的动态变化和量效关系,对提高中药的研究水平,实现中医药现代化有重要的意义。药物浓度法通过测定药物及其活性代谢物在体内血浆、其他组织液或尿液中的浓度,分析药物的代谢变化。色谱分析检测技术因其各方面的优势,在药物浓度检测分析上有着广泛的应用。文章简要介绍了近年来国内利用色谱分析技术开展中药药动学研究的情况。

The studies on the dynamic changes and dose-effect relationship of TCM in the body by the pharmacokinetics of TCM in takes important significance to promote the research of TCMand realize the modernization of TCM.By measuring the concentration of the drug and its active metabolites in body’s plasma,other tissues’liquid,or urine,the drug concentration method analyzes drug’s metabolism.For its advantages in all aspects,the chromatography detection techniques take a wide range of applications in drug concentration analysis.This article briefly introduced the domestic applications of chromatography analytical techniques in the pharmacokinetics researches of TCM in recent years.
