摘要
为了观察米索前列醇在产程中的效果，作者对２００例足月妊娠产妇，使用与不使用米索前列醇阴道后穹窿给药助产，进行了回顾性分析，结果表明：米索前列醇能促进宫颈成熟，诱发和增强宫缩，缩短产程，减少出血。
In order to observe the clinical effects of misoprostol in the stages of labor,200 of puerperas with complete pregnancy and with out the use of misoprostol in the vagina for midwifery were reviewed and analyzed.The results indicated that misoprostol could promote cervical mature, induce and increase contraction of the uterus,shorten the stages of labor,and decrease hemorrhage.Therefor,misoprostol is worth wide use in the clinical practice.
