摘要
目的进一步探讨健肾片对慢性肾炎的疗效及作用机理。方法运用嘌呤霉素腹腔注射所致肾病大鼠病理模型。经用化学发光法检测实验动物的超氧阴离子,采用硝酸还原酶化学比色法检测NO含量。结果发现该药可减轻嘌呤霉素肾病大鼠的病理变化,减低模型动物的血和红细胞O-2含量,提高其NO含量。
Object:We studied that saikosaponin effected to primary cuiture hepatocytes proliferation and extracellular matrix synthesis.It provided experiment basis for further explanation mechanism of saikosaponin prevention and treatment hepatic injury and anti hepatic tibrosis.Methods:we used electronmicroscope immunocytochemistry and image pattern anaiysis to detection collagen type Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ and fibronectin content in hepatocytes,H proline incorporation content to detection collagen protein content in hepatocytes.Results:Every group of TKCnem can improve cells injury.All experiment group H proline incorporation content in hepatocytes increased obviously,H proline incorporation content appeared to come down tendentiously,collagen type I content in hepatooytes deereased obviously,another groups matrix content ap1 ared descending tendentiously.Conclusion:Saikosaponin has protection effect to liver cells.It expressed that relevant experiment groups DNA content in hepalocytes appcared aseending tendentiously,collagen protein and collagen types Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ and tibronectin contents decreased,and their synthesis were inhibited;so saikosaponin inhibited hepatocytes synthesis extracellular matrix.
