肺栓塞诊断方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 肺栓塞是临床上较为常见的死亡率较高的疾病之一,其诊断较困难,临床误诊率和漏诊率仍较高。要提高其诊断率,首先应掌握其易患因素和临床表现,辅以血浆D-二聚体、血气分析、心电图和超声心动图、X线、CT、MRI等检查手段,并对检查结果进行全面分析,结合临床症状进行仔细的鉴别诊断,进而提高肺栓塞的诊断率,降低死亡率。
