On Challenges to Present Ideological and Political Work and Countermeasures

改革开放以来,一方面,我国思想政治工作发挥了重要作用,取得了巨大的成就,人们的整体素质普遍提高,塑造了一批具有普遍感召力和持久影响力的先进典型,基本上做到了"经济中心论"与"生命线论"的有机结合。然而,另一方面,无论是高校还是企业,思想政治工作都面临前所未有的困境与挑战,甚至存在着丧失话语权的危险。要勇于走出思想政治工作功能认知的误区,敢于挑战世俗的禁区,善于深入新区和盲区,在迎接挑战和创新中确立自己应有的话语领导权。

Since the reform and opening,on the one hand,the ideological and political work in China has played an important role,has obtained the huge achievement,the overall quality of people has been increased,China has molded a batch of advanced models,combining ＂theory of economic center＂ with ＂theory of life line＂. However,on the other hand,universities and enterprises are both faced with predicaments and challenges in the ideological and political work,even with the danger of losing the discourse right. Only by going out of mistaken ideas of the ideological and political work,challenging unreligious forbidden zone,being good at going deep into new zone and blind zone,can we establish the due discourse right in meeting the challenge and innovation.
