摘要 近3年我国儿童经历了两次严重的突发性感染性疾病的侵害.第一次是2008年4月由安徽阜阳开始的肠道病毒71型（EV71）所致手足口病的聚集性流行和全国大流行,该病至今仍然在肆虐.
