我国物流园区发展面临问题探析

The Analysis of the Problem of Chinese Logistics Parks's Development

物流园区是近年来我国现代物流发展中出现的新事物,对提高城市服务功能,改善投资环境,促进区域经济发展起到不可替代的作用。各省和经济中心城市大都已经制定了物流发展规划。但物流园区的规划建设和运营管理在我国现阶段还存在不少问题。作者采用文献综述,现状考察与实例论证相结合的方法,就我国当前物流园区发展面临的问题展开讨论,并给出相关的应对措施,并在此基础上提出当前我国物流园区发展的创新模式。

Logistics parks is new things that it appear at process of economic development in recent years,to improve the urban service functions,improve the investment environment,to promote the development of play irreplaceable role in China.Most provinces and economic centers have developed logistics development plans.But the logistics park planning and construction,and operations management at this stage in our country still experiences a lack of problems.This article,the research methods are：literature review,present study demonstrated together with examples.China＇s current problems facing the development of logistics park,discussion,and gives the related measures.
