In B2C e-commerce mode,return reverse logistics is a very important problem that much more attaintios should be paid by the on-line operators.In this paper,meanings of B2C e-commerce and reverse logistics were outlined firstly,and then characteristics and causes of return reverse logistics under this mode were analyzed.At last,policys of return reverse logistics under B2C e-commerce mode were proposed.
