The paper use the mensurable method to discuss the competence of logistics system of SMEs（Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises） in Nantong.Firstly it sets up the system of the index,secondly constitutes mathematic model and values the competence of logistics system of SMEs in Nantong,finally the conclusion is common.
