摘要 [目的]测定聚乙二醇(PEG)水溶液中的溶解氧。[方法]以碘量法测定水中溶解氧反应为基础,采用分光光度法测定PEG水溶液中的溶解氧,并考察了PEG分子量、浓度对测定结果的影响。[结果]在选定条件下,分光光度法和碘量法测定结果的最大相对误差为2.25%。在相同浓度下,PEG水溶液中溶解氧的质量浓度随PEG分子量的增加而下降;在相同分子量时,溶解氧质量浓度随PEG浓度的增加而下降。[结论]分光光度法测定PEG水溶液中的溶解氧是可行的。 [Objective]The aim was to determine the dissolved oxygen in polyethylene glycol (PEG) aqueous solution.[Method]Based on the determination of dissolved oxygen in water by iodimetry,the dissolved oxygen in PEG aqueous solution was determined by spectrophotometry.Meanwhile,effects of PEG molecular weight and concentration on the determination were studied.[Result]Under the given conditions,the maximum relative error of determination between spectrophotometry and iodimetry was 2.25%.Under the same concentrations of PEG,the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen in PEG aqueous solution decreased with the increase of PEG molecular weight,and under the same molecular weight of PEG,it decreased with the increase of PEG concentration.[Conclusion]It is feasible to determine the dissolved oxygen in PEG aqueous solution by spectrophotometry.
